World Cancer Day

This year’s World Cancer Day theme is “Closing the Care Gap” which aims to address the unequal access to cancer care globally, particularly between high- and low-income countries. 20 million people were diagnosed with cancer in 2021 and 10 million died, a trend that is expected to continue.
