Fireside Chat with Dikla Ranen – Co-founder & COO of Odoro

We were honored to host Dikla Ranen, Co-founder & COO of Odoro, for a fireside chat in our office April 18, 2021.

Dikla shared her amazing story of a company born out of her personal frustration with trying to book a doctor’s appointment for a prenatal checkup. Her husband and co-founder, Ohad, a software whiz, vowed to create a solution to this problem, and so Odoro was born (along with their second son).

They bootstrapped Odoro from the ground up with no outside investment, making it a successful business. Odoro was a pioneer in digital patient access and set the standard for patient self-scheduling in the Israeli market, leading to massive adoption and revolutionizing patient behavior across all HMOs. Their penetration of the Israeli market was so successful that this business was acquired by Novolog.

Dikla also shared how Odoro also successfully penetrated the US market with a lot of hard work, perseverance and long nights. The efforts paid off when Odoro was recently acquired by Clearwave Corporation.
